We want every homeowner who reaches Crapremains Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by talking to the plumber. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
We still want to hear from you. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Crapremains Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may also help.
