You should know how Crapremains Plumbing works and how we make money. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Are a Referral Service

Crapremains Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work, or any other plumbing job.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Crapremains Plumbing for the calls, form requests, or other referrals we send them. The amount may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Crapremains Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices, and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. It is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification, and billing.
